What kind of Mexican restaurant serves arroz con pollo without cheese dip? I ordered DoorDash of this item and it arrived with no cheese dip and when I called back to ask them about it, the lady on the phone was not very nice and says that the description clearly says that it's only chicken vegetables and rice and didn't offer an apology or anything

I recently stopped by El Rincon in Dothan and had what might be one of the best fajita quesadillas I've ever tasted. I went with the grilled chicken version, and it was an absolute winner—huge, perfectly folded flour tortilla loaded with juicy, well-seasoned chicken, sautéed onions and bell peppers that still had a nice crisp bite, and plenty of gooey, melty cheese throughout. Every bite was packed with flavor. The chicken was tender and flavorful without being overly spicy, and the veggies added that fresh, smoky char that really makes fajitas special. It came out hot and fresh, with that ideal crispy-on-the-outside, cheesy-on-the-inside texture. I paired it with their house chips and salsa (which are always on point), and it was more than enough for a satisfying meal. For around $13, the portion size is generous and totally worth it. The service was friendly and quick, the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming—exactly what you want for great Mexican food in Dothan. Whether you're a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and order the Fajita Quesadilla (steak or shrimp versions look just as tempting too). El Rincon has become one of my go-to spots. Highly recommend—I'll definitely be back soon!

Fajitas, quesadillas and hamburgers, we have eaten at the restaurant and ordered to go. All orders have delicious. Customer service is impeccable. My wife and I highly recommend El Rincon in Dothan, Al.

El Rincon's carne asada street tacos are simple and delicious. The steak is tender, full of flavor served on warm corn tortillas with fresh cilantro and onion. Add a squeeze of lime and their delicious salsa and you have got a flavorful authentic street taco done right!
